For more complex surgeries or surgeries that require more detail to book, please use the form below. If wishing to book a mass removal (requiring complex skin reconstruction) then photos with measurements are of great help for planning surgery. For intra-abdominal surgeries (eg. nephrectomy, cholecystectomy) then please provide history and relevant imaging.
